🚚 Kindred Legacy Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing Kindred Legacy. We take pride in creating high-quality gear for your family. Please review our shipping guidelines below to understand how your order is processed and delivered.

1. Production & Processing Time

Because our items—including our "Dad Cave" mugs and apparel—are custom-printed just for you, they require a production period before they ship.

  • Standard Processing: Please allow 3–5 business days for your items to be printed and quality-checked.

  • Peak Seasons: During holidays (like Father’s Day or December), production may take slightly longer.

2. Shipping Rates & Estimates

Shipping costs and delivery timelines are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

  • Domestic Shipping: Typically takes 3–7 business days after the production period.

  • International Shipping: May take 10–20 business days depending on the destination and local customs processing.

  • Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50. (Note: Adjust this amount if you decide on a different threshold).

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier's website.

4. Shipping to Multiple Addresses

We currently only ship to one address per order. If you need to send items to multiple family members in different locations, please place separate orders for each address.

5. Custom Fees & Taxes

For international orders, Kindred Legacy is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

6. Damaged or Lost Items

If you receive your order and it is damaged (e.g., a cracked mug), please contact us immediately at kindredlegacy243@gmail.com with your Order Number and a photo of the damage so we can arrange a replacement.
